GoFree Luggage Delivery provides same-day luggage delivery between airports, hotels, and Airbnb accommodations within Tokyo, Chiba, Kanagawa, and Saitama.
- All bookings must be made through the website.
- Full payment is required to confirm the reservation.

- Standard operating hours are from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
- Delivery completed by 9:00 PM
- Early morning and late-night pickups are not available.
We offer simple, transparent flat-rate pricing based on the number of suitcases per booking:
• 1–3 suitcases — ¥13,500
• 4 suitcases — ¥16,500
• 5 suitcases — ¥19,500
• 6 suitcases — ¥24,500
Maximum of 6 suitcases per booking.

- Customers may book up to 6 pieces of suitcase per booking.
- Special items must be declared in advance.
- Same-day delivery is available within the service area.
- Delivery completed by 9:00 PM
- Delivery times may vary depending on traffic, weather, and operational conditions.

8. Cancellations and Refunds
Customers must inform GoFree as soon as possible in the event of flight delays or schedule changes. We will make reasonable efforts to adjust the pickup time accordingly.
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time.
- Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate booking details and inform us if there is any changes.
GoFree Luggage Delivery handles all luggage with care. However, we are not liable for delays caused by traffic or weather conditions, or for loss or damage resulting from insufficient or improper packing.

Customer must confirm that the accommodation are accepting luggage deliveries before booking. Failed deliveries due to accommodation restrictions are non-refundable.
We keep you informed every step of the way. You'll receive confirmation when your luggage is collected and when it is successfully delivered.
