Pricing, Delivery & Booking FAQs
How is the price calculated?
We offer simple flat-rate pricing based on the number of suitcases:
¥13,500 for 1–3 suitcases, ¥16,500 for 4 suitcases, ¥19,500 for 5 suitcases, and ¥24,500 for 6 suitcases. Up to 3 backpacks or small bags are included at no additional charge.
What are the typical delivery windows?
We provide same-day delivery within our service area, with all luggage delivered by 9:00 PM on the scheduled delivery date. At this time, GoFree specializes exclusively in same-day delivery and does not offer next-day delivery services.
How late can I book a pickup?
You can book a pickup up to 3:00 PM for same-day delivery. Our standard pickup hours are 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Bookings can be made up to 6 months in advance, and advance reservations are recommended to secure your preferred date and time.
How do changes or cancellations work?
We kindly ask that any changes or cancellations be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time. Cancellations made within 24 hours of pickup are non-refundable due to scheduling and operational commitments.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
Please notify us as soon as possible if your flight is delayed. We will do our best to adjust your pickup time based on availability. Please note that GoFree provides same-day delivery only and does not offer next-day delivery services.
Is my luggage fully insured and safe?
Yes, every piece of luggage is handled with care to help ensure safe and secure delivery. However, GoFree is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control, or for loss or damage resulting from insufficient or improper packing.
Are there any items that cannot be transported?
Yes. For safety and legal reasons, luggage must not contain cash, passports, valuables, illegal items, hazardous materials, flammable substances, weapons, perishable goods, or other prohibited items.
Which areas are covered by GoFree's luggage delivery service?
GoFree currently offers same-day luggage delivery between Narita Airport, Haneda Airport, hotels, and Airbnb accommodations within Tokyo, Chiba, Kanagawa, and Saitama Prefectures.
